We are located right off the main intersection at Arlington Heights, MA, at the corner of Park Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue. We are two minutes from Route 2, five minutes from both I-95/128 and Route 3, and within ten minutes locally from Cambridge, Somerville, Lexington, Belmont, Watertown, Winchester and Medford.

From the West / Route 2:

• Take the Park Ave, Arlington exit (Exit 58)
• Follow Park Ave. down the hill to Arlington Heights until you hit Mass Ave
• Cross Mass Ave and take next (sharp) right onto Lowell Street
• 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building.

From the South:

• Take 93N to Exit 31. Merge onto Mystic Valley Pkwy/RT-16 W toward Arlington
• In approx 1.3 miles, turn right at RT-38
• At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto High St/RT-60W
• Follow Route 60 through Medford for approx 3 miles until you reach Massachusetts Ave/Arlington
• Follow Massachusetts Ave for 1.5 miles. Take right onto Park Ave.
• Take next (sharp) right onto Lowell Street. 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building.

From the North:

• Take 93S to Exit 32 / Route-60 towards Medford Square/Malden
• At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto RT-60W towards Arlington / Medford Square
• Follow Route 60 through Medford for approx 3 miles until you reach Massachusetts Ave/Arlington
• Follow Massachusetts Ave for 1.5 miles. Take right onto Park Ave.
• Take next (sharp) right onto Lowell Street. 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building.

From I-95/128:

• Take the Route 2 East Exit towards Boston (Exit 29A)
• Continue 3.5 miles on Route 2, take the Park Ave, Arlington exit (Exit 58)
• Follow Park Ave. down the hill to Arlington Heights until you hit Mass Ave
• Cross Mass Ave. Make next (sharp) right onto Lowell Street.
• 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building.

From the Mass Pike:

• Take the Mass Pike to Route 95/128 North
• Off 95/128 North, take exit 29A to Route 2-East (towards Boston)
• In approx 3.5 miles, take Exit 58/Park Ave toward Arlington Heights
• Follow Park Ave down the hill till you get to Mass Ave. Cross Mass Ave. Make next (sharp) right onto Lowell Street.
• 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building.

From Mass Ave (neighboring towns):

• If coming from Lexington direction, take left onto Park Ave Extension
• If coming from Cambridge direction, take right onto Park Ave Extension
• Make first (sharp) right onto Lowell Street. 60 Lowell is on your right. Park in lot on the right hand side of the building

We are located at 1 Broadway in Arlington, at the intersection of Rte 16 (Alewife Brook Pkwy) and Broadway on the Arlington/Somerville line.

From 93N:

• Take 93N to exit 31, Rte 16W
• Follow 16 for approximately 2.7 miles into Arlington and take a right on Broadway
• We will be on your right

From 93S:

• Take 93S to exit 32, Rte 60
• Merge onto Rte 16W
• Follow directions for 93N, above

From 128 or Route 2:

• Follow 128 to 2E
• Go to end of the ramp and take a left on Rte. 16E, follow for 1.5 miles
• Left on Broadway
• We will be on your right

From Mass Ave Cambridge:

• Follow Mass Ave to its intersection with Rte 16
• Take a right on 16, go 1/4 mile
• Left on Broadway
• We will be on your right
