Real-Life Self-Defense Overview
Become Your Own Bodyguard
Real-Life Self-Defense (RLSD) is our default program that is recommended for both men and women and open to anyone over the age of 18.
- Classes meet for one hour in designated time slots that will fit any schedule. For one low monthly fee, members can take unlimited classes in small, co-ed groups and get individual attention. Over time, you can develop stunningly effective self-defense skills in only one hour a week, though many choose to train more
- Classes take place in gym space and feature intensive physical work, with interspersed analytics, occasional media showings and frequent review sessions built into the schedule. When you advance sufficiently in the basics, scenario-based training, padded assailants, escalating adrenal conditioning and force-on-force training are introduced
- You can become a member any time and we will do our best to help you join the right group that fits your schedule. We encourage members to pick a primary time slot to train in every week in order to make progress with the same group. Members are free to show up to as many additional classes as they like
- No uniforms, belts, testing fees, equipment fees or any other charges
- No long-term contracts. Month-to-month only. 100% money-back guarantee. No questions asked
- Meet our instructors
The power of the RLSD program lies in its ability to impart professional-grade self-defense and personal safety skills with a minimal time commitment that you can build into any lifestyle. You don’t need a decade developing skills, 3 hours a day to practice, and you don’t need to keep doing it forever to maintain your skills once they become part of you. The 360-degree program covers all critical aspects of self-defense and personal safety.

"It is clear that a great deal of thought went into the training methodologies used. The talking part introduces the concept with stories, down-to-earth examples and a lot of non-intuitive, alternatively thought-provoking, entertaining and shocking information. Then the particular skill is demonstrated and broken down step by step. Then you perform, and the performance itself becomes more challenging each time, but at a manageable pace."
