Real-Life Self-Defense (RLSD) is our default program that is recommended for both men and women and open to anyone over the age of 18.

• Classes meet once a week for one hour in designated time slots. Women and men are taught in separate classes consisting of small groups not exceeding 6-8 people. Individual attention and stunningly effective self-defense training with minimal class time – only 1 hour a week
• Classes take place in gym space and feature intensive physical work, with interspersed knowledge transfer, occasional media showings and frequent review / focus sessions built into the schedule. When you advance sufficiently in the basics, scenario-based training, padded assailants, escalating adrenal conditioning and force-on-force training are introduced
• You can join ongoing classes at any time and will be added to the right group
